Terms and Conditions of the Online Store www.sklepstolem.pl

I. General Provisions

  1. The online store www.sklepstolem.pl is operated by the company Lakeside Konrad Komorowski, with its registered office at Długa 25, 83-400 Kościerzyna, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business under the tax identification number NIP: 5911639235 and REGON: 222049490.
  2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store and the rights and obligations of the parties to transactions concluded through the online store www.sklepstolem.pl.

II. Definitions

  1. Store – the online service available at www.sklepstolem.pl, through which the Customer can place orders.
  2. Seller – the owner of the store, Lakeside Konrad Komorowski.
  3. Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase through the online store.
  4. Product – items offered in the online store.
  5. Order – a statement of intent by the Customer to conclude a sales contract, specifying the type and quantity of products and delivery details.

III. Conditions of Use

  1. The store can be accessed provided the Customer meets the technical system requirements, such as internet access and a web browser.
  2. The Customer is obliged to use the store in compliance with applicable laws and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Purchases can be made after creating an account or as a guest without registration.

IV. Placing Orders

  1. The Customer places an order by selecting the products available on the store’s website, adding them to the cart, and filling in the order form.
  2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming the order.
  3. Orders are processed on business days. The order processing time is from [x] to [y] business days unless otherwise agreed.
  4. In case of any issues with order fulfillment, the store reserves the right to contact the Customer to determine further steps.

V. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices for products are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
  2. The Customer can choose one of the available payment methods: bank transfer, cash on delivery, card payment, or other forms available in the store.
  3. Prices listed with the products do not include delivery costs, which are calculated separately and shown in the order summary.

VI. Delivery

  1. Products are delivered within Poland via courier services or other delivery providers.
  2. Delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the Customer and the size of the order.
  3. The store commits to delivering the products within the timeframe specified in the order. In case of delays, the Customer will be informed of the expected delivery date.

VII. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

  1. A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer must inform the store of their decision in writing (email or traditional mail).
  3. The product returned by the Customer must be in an undamaged condition, and the cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
  4. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product by the store.

VIII. Complaints

  1. If the product is found to be defective, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint.
  2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the address: [email address].
  3. The store will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If the complaint is accepted, the store undertakes to repair, replace the product, or refund the purchase cost.

IX. Personal Data Protection

  1. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
  2. The Customer's personal data is protected in accordance with applicable law and is not shared with third parties, except in cases required by law.
  3. The Customer has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their data.

X. Final Provisions

  1. The store reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders placed before the changes are implemented.
  2. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
  3. These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of publication on the store's website.
