I. General Provisions
- These delivery regulations define the terms of delivering products ordered from the online store www.sklepStolem.pl, operated by Lakeside Konrad Komorowski, with its registered office at Długa 25, 83-400 Kościerzyna.
- The online store delivers products within Poland via courier services and other selected delivery providers.
- These regulations are an integral part of the store’s general terms and conditions and apply to all orders placed through the www.sklepStolem.pl website.
II. Order Processing Time
- The order processing time is 1 to 14 business days and begins once the payment is credited to the seller's account, unless a different processing time is indicated in the product description.
- For custom-made products, the processing time may be longer, in which case the customer will be informed prior to placing the order.
- Orders are processed on business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
III. Delivery Costs
- Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method, the size, and weight of the order, and are automatically calculated during the ordering process.
- The current delivery costs are displayed in the cart before placing the order and are provided in the order confirmation sent to the customer via email.
- For orders exceeding a certain value, the store may offer free delivery – details can be found on the store's website.
IV. Delivery Methods
- The online store offers delivery via courier services and, in some cases, parcel lockers.
- The customer may choose a preferred delivery method from the available options when placing the order.
- The store reserves the right to change the courier company if deemed necessary for efficient order processing, without additional costs to the customer.
V. Order Receipt
- The customer is obliged to check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier upon receipt. If any damage to the packaging or products is found, the customer should fill out a damage report and promptly inform the store.
- Receipt of the order by the customer is considered confirmation that the order complies with the placed order and that no visible mechanical damage is present.
- If the shipment is not collected due to the fault of the customer, the store may charge the customer for the cost of re-delivery.
VI. Delays and Delivery Issues
- The store makes every effort to ensure that orders are processed within the specified time frame. In the event of delays caused by the carrier, the store is not liable, but will take steps to resolve the situation.
- If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond the store's control (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer), the store reserves the right to re-charge the delivery costs.
VII. Change of Delivery Address
- The customer has the right to change the delivery address before the order is processed, provided the store is notified immediately.
- Changing the address after the order has been shipped may be impossible or may incur additional costs, which the customer will bear.
VIII. Returns and Complaints
- In case the customer withdraws from the contract, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- Complaints regarding damages incurred during transport will be processed based on the damage report completed in the presence of the courier.

IX. Final Provisions
- The store reserves the right to amend these delivery regulations. Changes will not affect orders placed before the amendments.
- In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
